fantastic central spot to explore rome's highlights
during my stay, I appreciated the exceptional service from the staff, especially in the dining area where I enjoyed a great breakfast spread, and with all the iconic landmarks like the Pantheon and Piazza Navona just a short stroll away, I felt truly immersed in the beauty of Rome with every walk.

this so-called royal suite was a disappointment. the living room area was strangely designed, with gross stains on the seating. the breakfast was absolutely underwhelming! i woudl ve been pleased with some kind of welcome treat, considering all my troubles. almost thought of congratulating you, but i just couldn’t let it slide.

The terrace view was stunning, but the TV placement was too high for comfort.

Highly recommend it for families
The service was great. They surprised us with some flowers and complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate our special occasion, felt like a royal treatment. And man, the view from the balcony was very nice, just looking at the plaza made everything worthwhile.
It wasn't exactly a budget place but worth it for the experience.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the large size and how cozy the bed was. The shower was amazing too—definitely a highlight! Only downside was the floor noise. it could get distracting at times. Overall, I enjoyed relaxing after a day of exploring.

missingWrote a review on Jun 13cozy suiteprivate terracegarden areaquirky elevator
We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy suite with a private terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee and relax in the evenings. The building has a lovely little garden area and a cozy TV room for unwinding after a day out. The elevator had its quirks, stopping suddenly at times, but it made for a fun little adventure! 😊 A quick tip, don’t miss out on the free espresso machine in the cafe area!

missingWrote a review on Jun 05central locationgreat breakfastsmooth accesstricky access
A group vacation with friends was a blast! We loved the central location. we walked to the Trevi Fountain and Vatican City without needing transport. The room was comfy and access was smooth with the door code. Breakfast had a great variety of pastries and fruits, perfect for fueling our adventures!
Finding the guesthouse was a bit tricky since it’s upstairs in a building and you need to call to get in, which can be inconvenient.
